Paul Choudhuri began his career as a SAP marketing consultant in 1996 with Whitaker IT in Houston, Texas. He has progressively excelled in the SAP market for over 10 years. Paul works with clients in Houston and throughout the US in multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. He believes the key to success is to always place clients first and to develop long term strategic partnerships.

Paul achieved the Rookie of the Year Award in 1996 and has the honor of being recognized as the top producer from 1997 to 2002. As the senior member of the SAP team, he handles multiple clients while training and advising other team members.

Paul graduated with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas and also has a Doctorate degree from the American University with a fellowship from London.

Candy Fleming started her career with Whitaker IT as a technical recruiter in 1997 in Dallas, Texas. She developed a specialty early on in the Oracle Applications arena and has excelled in that area ever since. She has become very well respected in the industry as someone committed to the careers of her consultants and has received numerous commendations from those she has helped.

Candy was selected as the Rookie of the Year for The Whitaker Companies in 1998 and was promoted to Recruiting Team Lead in the Dallas office in 1999. As a team lead, she oversaw the recruiting efforts of as many as 5 recruiters at a time. Because of her personal production in 1999 and 2000, she won back-to-back Producer of the Year awards for the entire IT division. She was recognized again in 2003 and 2005 with this honor. Because of her consistent performance, she is a member of Whitaker's President Club.

Now working out of the Corporate office in Houston, Candy has continued developing and maintaining relationships with her network of Oracle talent and has expanded to other ERP and Business Applications as well as Infrastructure technologies. She received both her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certifications in April, 2007.

She has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas in Denton and was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

Chris Owens began his career in outside sales where he was successful for five years, earning several sales honors while at a Fortune 500 Global Services company. He joined Whitaker IT in late 2005 deciding to focus on researching and penetrating the Oracle Applications market and quickly learning the IT Recruiting industry. With Oracle as his specialty, he has gained the the respect of both candidates and companies, including BMC Software and Stanford Financial. He considers respect, hard work and determination to be the keys for a successful career. Chris received his CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certification in April, 2007.

Chris earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business at Stephen F. Austin State University while working full time in 2000.

Linda Ranostaj started her career as a recruiter for a small independent IT staffing firm in Houston, Texas in 2000. She had the opportunity to wear multiple hats while learning and understanding all the facets of Information Technology Staffing from the ground floor up. During 2001 - 2004, she led the recruiting team as top producer placing hundreds of candidates while working directly with high profile fortune 500 companies including Exxon Mobil, Duke Energy, Waste Management, ChevronTexaco and Enterprise Products.

Ms. Ranostaj joined Whitaker IT in early 2005. With her high energy and dedication, she began working with many new clients while restoring many former clients. As a top producer in 2006, she is committed to valuing people, listening closely, communicating effectively, working hand in hand with clients and candidates, while building long term relationships based on trust, integrity and excellent service. Linda received her CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certification in April, 2007. She has received numerous production awards at Whitaker including: 1st Quarter Marketer 2007, 2nd Quarter Marketer 2007 and 3rd Quarter Marketer 2007.

Donna Schuback started her career with Whitaker IT as a technical recruiter in 2005 in Dallas, Texas. She has worked in the field of technical recruiting in Dallas for 24 years, specializing in permanent placement of Oracle developers with additional focus on select categories of IT professionals (web developers, systems administrators, database administrators, project managers)

Donna has won many production awards in the MAPC (Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants) and the TAPC (Texas Association of Personnel Consultants), including the Number One Producer in the Technical/Professional category within three years of her start as a technical recruiter. She continues to participate as a member of both organizations as well as DFWTRN (Dallas/Ft. Worth Technical Recruiters Network). Donna received her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) certification in April, 2007.

She attributes her candidates' and clients' loyalty to her dedication, hard work, honesty, and consistency. Donna's goal is to assist companies to find outstanding employees and assist candidates to find a "home" with rewarding career opportunities.

Donna graduated cum laude with a Bachelors degree in English and Government from the University of Texas at Austin.

Patricia Simpson started her career as a technical recruiter with Whitaker IT in January, 2006. Her success at Whitaker is due in great part to her background in Human Resources and Customer Service Management where she was allowed to strengthen her ability in building relationships with her consultants. In addition, her past experience working with and training employees in SAP led her to specialize in the SAP Applications arena and focus on both the pharmaceutical and retail industries. Patricia received her CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certification in April, 2007. She is a well respected member in the industry and her dedication to bringing the right opportunities to her clients and consultants is adding to her success at Whitaker. She has received numerous production awards at Whitaker including: 1st Quarter Recruiter 2007, 2nd Quarter Recruiter 2007 and 3rd Quarter Recruiter 2007.

Patricia graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

She currently attends meetings with WITI (Women in Technology International) and AWC (Association for Women in Computing) and is a current member of:

Mr. Whitaker began his career in 1968 as a technical recruiter with the largest firm in the search industry. In his 15 years there, he rose through the ranks from an award-winning producer to manager of one of the company's top offices. In 1981, he moved to Houston to spearhead the start-up of a new division of that corporation. In 1983, in the teeth of the oil and gas downturn, he left that firm to establish The Whitaker Companies. In the course of his career, he has personally completed and supervised thousands of successful searches.

After developing a burgeoning search practice encompassing healthcare and physician search, legal (attorney) search and technical search groups, Whitaker launched its first contract group, Whitaker Medical, to place physicians in contract and temporary (locum tenens) assignments in 1989. That success was followed in 1991 with the formation of Whitaker Technical Services. In 1993 Whitaker IT had separated from Technical Services to focus on staffing and supporting Oracle projects.

His focus of that group was to employ experienced search-oriented IT recruiters to source high-level "functional Oracle" professionals for contract assignments utilizing direct-sourcing techniques. He ensured that practice grew though the 90's to encompass SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and other ERP applications. Since then, he has led Whitaker IT to staff entire projects either directly with the end-client or with and through collaboration from solution firms.
